i found this so interesting. as described on the website i found it on- "Over time people of all races have been in chains/shackles. (some still are)."
i think this depicts the idea that discrimination can be against all races not necessarily just what we may deem the obvious.
An interesting start to this summer's project. I suppose some would say that whatever about the history of slavery, white has always dominated black. Interesting that this artist is from Australia, with its history of Aboriginal discrimination. Anyway, for great positive images of Afro- American culture go to:
